As a part of a PhD project on the acceptance of solar cooking at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (NTNU) the following link leads to a google docs document containing a preliminary list of all worldwide distributed institutional solar cooking systems. Unfortunately, the list is not complete. Everyone who knows about other institutional solar cookers or applications of the listed systems in other countries is welcomed to make changes in the document.
